ashley cox is the owner and baker behind springs salt, a cottage bakery in springs, new york. after nearly a decade working in tech, she started springs salt in 2023 with just a few breakfast loaf flavors and her rye chocolate chip cookies. springs salt has since grown into much more than a bakery, selling packaged goods (granola! salt!) all across new york, but everything is still made thoughtfully, intentionally, and with lots of love.
